2007 Margaret River Classic Dry White (WA)

Passion fruit and gooseberry characters greet the taster with overtones of kiwi fruit and floral notes playing a supporting role.The palate offers juicy tropical fruit notes with crunchy snow pea flavours adding bite and length.  All  encompassed within a core of refreshing and zesty acidity.

McLaren Vale Sparkling Brut (SA)

This delightful  sparkling wine displays a steady bead of tiny, ascending bubbles and a wonderfully fresh, fragrant aroma of green apples and ripe pears.. The crisp, fruity flavors, suggesting apple and strawberry, display an admirable balance of refreshing acidity and residual sweetness, and the aftertaste is pleasingly dry and refreshing.

2007 McLaren Vale Chardonnay (SA)

Medium straw with green tints in colour.  Ripe tropical fruit, with peach and melon characters. Sweet vanilla oak overtones.  Medium to full bodied wine, rich in tropical and peach flavours, with subtle oak overtones. Soft round and creamy mouth feel. A complex wine with lingering finish. 

2004 Geographe Shiraz Viognier (WA)

Deep ruby-magenta red.  Rich and spicy aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, licorice,cherry, redcurrant and chocolate overlaying the vanillin oak.  The palate has dry, soft ripe tannins with plummy, cherry and licorice flavours enhanced with spicy supporting oak. 

2005 Margaret River Cabernet Merlot (WA)

 A full velvet red colour while the nose is full with blackcurrants and berries, mixed with an earthiness and tobacco, and a touch of spice with a slight acid, the palate is very full and juicy continuing with the blackcurrants and spice
